"Who's got" sounds typically American-English to me. So meh.

It should be "Who has UT3?" or "Who has yet to get UT3?" or "Who hasn't got UT3 yet?"

My main gripe was having yet at the end.

I have had it since Christmas.  It's now down to $20 at my local target, and possibly at Gamestop too.(in the USA)

I'd reccomend getting the CE since it's $30 pretty much everywhere and it has all kinds of video tutorials for building levels and the sort!

"Who's got UT3" -the yet makes perfect sense. Who has yet to get UT3 doesn't though. Isn't it "Who's yet to get UT3?"

Why the toung twisting sentences? Just make it say: "[POLL] Do you have UT3 already?"
