Why would they sell an incomplete game on Steam?

The Black Edition simply has a revised menu so it fits to the Steam theme, other than that it's not any different from an updated retail version.

Actually, if you already have a retail serial, you can get it for free on Steam, so you then have both the Retail and the Steam version.

What was that update on UT3 for steam? It was like 100mb's big or similar. The menu and splash are completely different. O_o

Probably the 2.0 patch. The Titan Pack itself is like 800MB. HUGE.

Well, I wasn't sure because of the $11.99 price tag.  Like I said, I'm dense at times.

Can you put bought steam games onto disk, so you dont need to download it once you format or whatever?

Yup. Just backup the steamapps folder from the Steam directory.
After the format, copy it back :P
