1) 172 ping is unacceptably high. In a popular online game w/ good netcode, you should be able to find a server < 75 ping if not < 50.

2) noop is much farther away from Canada than frvge.

but im not talking about canada ,im talking about dedicated servers that are from teh states .

Scavenge would be much better, that way when I inevitably rage I'll only ruin like 3 minutes of play instead of the half an hour it takes to get like halfway through one versus game.

I have a better idea! You host your own game, so your ping is 0, so mine will be 0*2=0!

(closer to you doesn't always mean closer to me bro)
(in fact a lot of the time it actually means the opposite)
