I know I know, the PS2 version sucks and you can't pull down mercs and stuff. But hey, the servers are still up. Why don't we play while we wait for PS to develop?

PC version is still working too :) Another thing is that how close to PS release we are ^^

Really? Its close to release? I just recently found out about all this so I wouldn't know and it seems that the website doesn't give much info lol. My computer probably can't handle it though :(

The only info about release is "We strive for high quality, so it's done when it's done. You can expect one or more public betas in due time. Check back regularly!" And because I haven't followed these forums for a long time I wouldn't know much about the game. I have watched the youtube videos about the game and it looks to be really good! BTW I live in North America, will I experience sever lag from here? lol

No, you connect directly to the PC of the hosting player, or maybe to a pre-supplied dedicated server. We don't know yet about the latter.

There's no real release date yet. We're hoping for something around Summer. We hoped for that last year too, so don't get your personal hopes up too much ;)
