Ok, understandable the guy died, and yes I do feel sorry for him, but one thing I don't feel sorry for him, is the random bullshit every famous website puts, like "Sleek Design", "Amazing inventions".

What the hell? Sleek Design? The guy failed his ergonomics class and I have a freaking cramp in my hands after using the shitty Mac mouse. ¬¬

You can't deny his products look good even if you get cramps from using a mouse.  How does that even happen anyway?  I've used tons of apple mouses (mice?)

I prefer PC and dislike the whole apple=fashion thing but it's hard to argue that the iPod, iPad, macbook, and all variations aren't aesthetically pleasing.  They all have decent software that is easy to use.  His products completely changed the landscape of the market.

I feel rather bad for Sony. I think there have been times when Apple just looked at whatever Sony was doing and made a better item before they could. Anyone remember the Walkman?

Steve Jobs gets a nod from me though. I know he wasn't the only working on all the Apple products, so while I know he is an important Symbol (like Bill Gates, Michael Jackson, or the Oxyclean guy), I don't have a personal attachment that makes me feel super sad about his death (this just sounds cold). Apple is going to continue to make crazy stuff, even if it is just Ipods with other devices built in (phones, computers, laserbeams).

But yeah...

Mac (computers) may not be all too fanstastical when compared to a PC, but you can't deny that Ipods were a leap in Portable music technology that nobody could rival for QUITE the while. Ipads were also a big bound for tablet computing (Even if it is just a big Ipod Touch). Apple finds ways to make a damn fine product the first time around that leaves other companies in the dust for quite the long while. Which is to say that their products aren't half bad. Over-hyped? Most definitely. Over-priced? Definitely too rich for my blood. Bad though? Naaaah.

...Also the point of what I said was that you can make fun of Apple all you want, but you are sorta insulting the guy that died less than 24 hours ago. Tooooooo soooon. You have to at least let South Park make jokes about it first before you can safely start throwin' your own material out to the world. ;)

Apple products are not bad to the average consumer and don't see the ins and outs. The part people don't see is the fact that

But it's true that information is the newest form of currency.  Applications for my Android phone are known to keep track of information, you just have to be careful which ones you download.  No big deal to me though.
