The Mod of the Year Awards of ModDb.com have started again.
Don't forget to vote for Project Stealth :)

Nope. IP/session/account-based AFAIK.
If you vote multiple times, we might get disqualified.

I know... and chances of that are IMO low, so you're now just helping other mods. Which is bad for us.
