Brothers in Arms (all of them)
Grand Theft Auto 4
Call of Duty 4
The Witcher
BioShock
Oblivion (gotta get a shitload of modifications to get the best out of it, though)
In case your interested in Oblivion and your PC really is damn awesome, we (me and Gui) could probably help you get some awesome mods.

In case your interested in MoH, I have a fine collection of mods that turn up the realism, personally tweaked so they can work together without interferance.

On a sidenote: I love MoH soo much because it's the very first FPS I ever played (on PSX and PC) and also the very first game I modded, so call it sentimental value.

MoHAA is my favorite shooter of all time because it was my first online shooter and i loved taht game so much! do people still play online? that game was the greatest shooter of all times i think

Yeah go making fun of me, especially you, 12 year old boy from the middle of nowhere aka South Dakota. Or should I call you nsync-wannabe? :P

Oh hey look greenflame learned that 3d is not done in photoshop!

Hey man, I have a girlfriend. And Im 14. And South Dakota has the WORLDS ONLY CORN PALACE! DAMN! And, I walk the boulevard of broken dreams. Remember that damn song?

i've been in south dakota for a basketball tourny last year, it is a barren land, with nothing to offer to the world.  BTW it has more tiny casinos then gas stations.

Hmm, you obviously went to some tiny ass town. Well, our big towns have like 100,000 people haha.

But, we do have something to offer. We give you your food. Or in my families case, we provide telephone software to 85% of the market in the country.

well i went to abreedeen and it the second biggest city @ 25000 people lol

wow 100,000 that is a lot lol

Conviction did get a official delay of until late 2009 to early 2010.

Now im gona assume it isn't gona take that long for PS to get some kind of beta out there, i think is good for PS.  Because what if Conviction did come out this year and some how had the amazing gameplay of SvM, and PS was still working on getting out a beta, wouldn't that be a major blow to you guys?  But this way you guys get to make the first move and people get acoustumed to your game first.  Some people may not want to shell out for UT3 and Conviction and may just go with conviction.  I'm guess most SvM players are hardcore enough to buy both but still.

I think its good news.  What do other people think? or is this not very important to PS

Everything can be balanced with some testing and logical thinking... Leaving something out because it might give some headaches to balance is not an argument.

Nothing to really think about, it already is tough enough to shoot the damn things, let alone defuse it.  the only way to "balance" it would be make the bomb timer 30 seconds or more.  But then that messes with the game flow,  makes it too long.  you don't want 20 minute rounds like DA.  You aren't the one using your head because it won't work no matter how much you use head.

I don't see the logic at all, unless you conviniently hit the right wires everytime how would shooting or fragging a bomb not detonate it? I never even knew you could de-activate them this way. :P

Becuase you destory the bomb itself. For the bomb to actually detonate, certain things must happen, blowing it up or shooting it prevents those chemicles from mixing, or the electrical charge from activating etc etc.

Like blowing up a nuke doesn't set it up, since for the nuke to actually detonate, it must be activated, otherwise it's nothing.

I say we try to go with a combination of how PT and Ct did it. Instead of allowing the spy to only be able to place it in a few designated areas, we allow them to place it anywhere within the radious of the objective we want to blow up. Say we want to blow up this rocket, the bomb can be anywhere within a radius of 20ft or whatever.
agreed

it was more fun and interesting when you could put it anywhere, giving more options for the spies to set up traps, ambushes, distractions....

i assume that was ubisofts idea first, but there must have been some balance issues.....

Just finished building my new comp and got unreal 3 just for this mod(well not entirely but a main motive)  Unreal 3 is pretty fun.

then ur buddy can chaff it for you ;D
#14
well its easy to avoid spy traps even without chaff, or find a diff route if neccisarory which usually the case.
#15
I use my spy bullets to check areas far away from me so i know when to hit objectives or to guard doors with a sticky cam, waiting sticky.  It is effective, i found i don't need chaff.
